Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Trinity Intelligence Network for using trinitycommand.io, the $TRI token utility, and the network's products. Read it before you connect a wallet, hold $TRI, or buy anything.

Effective / Last updated: July 10, 2026

Please read Sections 4 (Token), 11 (No Warranty), 12 (Liability), and 15 (Arbitration) carefully. They limit our liability and affect how disputes are resolved. $TRI is a utility access token — not an investment, security, or promise of profit, income, or yield.

01 · Acceptance

Using the Services means you agree.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Trinity Intelligence Network [ENTITY FORM — CONFIRM] ("Trinity," "we," "us"). By accessing trinitycommand.io, creating an account, connecting a wallet, holding or locking $TRI, or purchasing any product or service (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

02 · Eligibility

Who may use the Services.

03 · Accounts & wallets

Your account, your keys, your responsibility.

Some features require an account and a connected Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom). We are non-custodial: we never hold, request, or have access to your private keys or seed phrase, and we cannot move your funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, devices, and account credentials, and for all activity under them. Wallet ownership is proven by signature; keep your recovery phrase private. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

04 · The token

$TRI is a utility access token — not an investment.

$TRI is a utility access token on the Solana blockchain. It is not a security, an investment, a share, a deposit, or a promise of profit, income, dividend, yield, or any financial return. Holding $TRI provides access to features of the network (for example, gated academy content and network tools) and may be used to pay for products. That is its function.

See the white paper and Disclaimers for full risk disclosure.

05 · $TRI locking

Locking $TRI is a prepaid fee discount — nothing more.

If and when available, locking $TRI is a utility feature: while your $TRI is locked, you receive a discount on OBELIQ's platform trading fees (for example, tiered discounts up to a full fee waiver based on the amount locked). It is a prepaid membership-style discount on a service you choose to use.

Locking $TRI pays no yield, no rewards, no revenue share, and no financial return of any kind. You receive only a fee discount on OBELIQ. Your $TRI stays in a non-custodial on-chain program you control and is returned to you in full at the end of the lock term; early exit returns your principal minus a stated 25% penalty. Locking is not a deposit, not an interest-bearing account, and not a security.

The specific tiers, terms, penalty, and availability are described where the feature is offered and may be gated by jurisdiction and by legal review before launch.

06 · Third parties

OBELIQ, wallets, and other third-party services.

OBELIQ is a separate third-party trading platform, governed by its own terms and risk disclosures. Trading digital assets is high-risk and can result in total loss. Trinity does not manage your funds, execute trades for you, provide brokerage or investment-advisory services, or guarantee any trading result. Your use of OBELIQ, Phantom, Solana, DEXs, explorers, and any other third-party service is between you and that provider; we are not responsible for them.

07 · Payments

Card and on-chain — and what's refundable.

Products may be paid by card (via Stripe) or on-chain in $TRI or SOL. On-chain transactions are irreversible — you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address; always verify before sending. You are responsible for your own taxes. Card payments are processed by Stripe under its terms; we do not store full card numbers.

Refunds. Digital products and on-chain payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a specific product states a refund/guarantee [REFUND POLICY — CONFIRM per product; e.g. 30-day guarantee on the book]. Where a written guarantee is offered, it governs that product.

08 · No advice

Information, not financial, legal, or tax advice.

Everything on the Services — including the white paper, courses, the academy, dashboards, and any figures or "targets" — is information and education, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any earnings, revenue, or performance figures are illustrative targets, not guarantees; results vary and depend on many factors outside our control. Do your own research and consult your own licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

09 · Acceptable use

What you agree not to do.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

10 · IP

Our IP, your limited license, your content.

The Services, including their design, code, text, course materials, and brand ("Trinity," the black-hole mark, and related marks), are owned by Trinity or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed. Open-source components remain under their own licenses (see Disclaimers / CREDITS).

If you submit content (e.g., form submissions, chat, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

11 · No warranty

The Services are provided "as is."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any figure, target, or result will be achieved. Blockchain networks are outside our control and may fail, fork, or be congested.

12 · Liability

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity and its operators, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, tokens, or digital assets, arising from or related to the Services — including any decline in the value of $TRI or any trading loss — even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13 · Indemnification

You cover claims from your misuse.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinity and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

14 · Governing law

Which law applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 15, the exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

15 · Dispute resolution

Arbitration & class-action waiver. [ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED]

This section is a placeholder pending attorney drafting. A binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver are enforceable only if drafted to the standards of the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable state law (clear mutual assent, an opt-out window, cost/venue terms, and carve-outs). Do not rely on the language below until counsel finalizes it.

[ARBITRATION — CONFIRM] The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@trinitycommand.io. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by [ARBITRATION PROVIDER — CONFIRM, e.g. AAA / JAMS] under its consumer rules, seated in [ARBITRATION SEAT — CONFIRM], rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and Trinity waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action [CLASS WAIVER — CONFIRM enforceability + opt-out mechanics]. Nothing here waives non-waivable rights.

16 · Changes, termination & contact

Updates, ending access, and reaching us.

We may update these Terms as the Services or the law change; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or as needed to protect the Services; sections that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) survive termination.
