The plain terms behind Trinity Intelligence Network — the token, the figures you see, and the services. Read before you hold, pay, or build.
$TRI is a utility access token for the Trinity Intelligence Network. It is not an investment, a security, or a promise of profit, income, or yield. Holding it unlocks access to the network. Crypto assets are volatile and can lose value — only hold what you can afford to lose.
$TRI is live on Solana. The price, market cap, DEX liquidity, holder count, treasury balance, and treasury composition shown on this site are real, on-chain figures pulled live from the blockchain and DexScreener — not a projection or a simulation. Mint and freeze authorities are permanently renounced, which anyone can verify on a Solana explorer.
One honest caveat about the treasury. The treasury’s headline “value” is mostly its own $TRI holding multiplied by the current token price — it is not spendable cash. The genuinely liquid pool behind $TRI is a small fraction of that headline figure, so the treasury’s token position could not be sold for its full mark-to-market dollar amount without moving the price sharply. Read the treasury’s token holdings as a volatile token position, not as a bank balance. Only features that are genuinely not live yet — for example on-chain $TRI fee-discount locking — are labelled pre-launch or illustrative where they appear.
Locking $TRI is a utility feature: while your $TRI is locked, you receive a discount on OBELIQ’s platform trading fees (tiered up to a full waiver by amount locked). It pays no yield, no rewards, no revenue share, and no financial return — the only benefit is a lower fee on a service you choose to use. It is non-custodial: your $TRI stays in an on-chain program you control and is returned in full at the end of the term; early exit returns your principal minus a 25% penalty. Locking is not a deposit, not an interest-bearing account, and not a security. On-chain locking opens after final review and may be restricted by jurisdiction.
Services are paid on-chain to the Trinity treasury. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address, and for your own tax and reporting obligations. Always confirm the destination address before sending. On-chain transactions are irreversible.
The personalized AI trading bot taught and built in the Academy is a tool you create, host, and run yourself. Paper-trading uses simulated capital; live trading uses real money at your own risk. Trinity does not manage funds, execute trades for you, or guarantee any result. Markets are volatile and you can lose money.
Revenue figures such as "$100–$300/day" describe a target a system is designed to pursue — they are not a guarantee of income. Results depend on setup, market conditions, and execution.
Referral commission is paid in $TRI, sized to the build, and is contingent on the referred business signing and completing a build. Compensation figures for operator roles describe roles paid in $TRI and are not a guarantee of employment or earnings.
The UI Arsenal redistributes open-source components under their original licenses (see CREDITS). The open-source tools listed in the Academy stack are credited to their authors; their GitHub stars reflect those projects, not Trinity.
